2 miles at lunchtime today in the company of my birthday present - a new ipod. My old shuffle was dying (needed charging after every use), so now I have a new companion with a lot more capacity and hence more options for variety. Wonder if I should treat myself to one of those nike things that measures how fast and far you're running?

New Toy
